Uellaunus
Mercury Uellaunus
"sovereign"

Continental god. His name Uellaunus is also seen in figures like Cassivellaunus, whose name may mean "Uellanus of the Cassi", the Cassi being a tribal precursor to the Catuvellauni, whose own name may mean "followers of Uellaunus".

The only unusual element here is that king-gods are usually associated with "Mars," but here is associated with "Mercury." However, this may be explained as Mercury is generally thought to be Lugus, who in his Irish form Lugh has many associations with sovereignty.
